Those Selfish Bastards!

This song is dedicated to Cleveland fans out there. The Cleveland Browns had a great season at 10-6. They've come a long way. Congrats on the season! Hey fans, are you thinking about egging any houses right now?

Titans Go On Top. 13-10

It's the 4th quarter. Titans are up 3. There is only 6 minutes left in the game. The Brownie fan is pacing.

UPDATE: Titans now up 16-10. 2:50 remaining. Can the Colts get a TD?

Colts Score! 10-7 Colts

Cleveland Browns Coach Crennel

That sound you here? Romeo Crennel and going crazy. And Vince Young is limping. Do Cleveland fans riot like Buckeye fans?

UPDATE: Score is now tied 10-10. Keep hope alive Cleveland.

Halftime. Titans up 7-3

Typical Brown's Fans. I feel sorry for you people.

Hey Brownie fans, are you optimistic? How are you feeling right now? Okay with the game so far? Wishing that Al Michaels would stop mentioning Cleveland fans every time something big happens? Just checking in.

Colts - Titans Update

What Browns fans will be buying on their way to a few Indy players' houses if the Colts don't win.

2nd Quarter, 10:40 remaining. 7-3 Titans.

If You Know What’s Good For You!

anthony gonzalez

Anthony Gonzalez has received text messages from friends and family in Cleveland letting him know that it is his moral obligation to help the Colts beat the Titans tonight. If the Titans lose, the Cleveland Browns make the playoffs. Moral Obligation? It's not the Colts fault the Browns laid an egg last week against the Bengals. But I'm not from Cleveland so I don't have to worry about that. If the Colts lose, how will fans treat Gonzalez when he visits Cleveland?

Tennessee Titans @ Indianapolis Colts. 8:15 pm. NBC

8:00 PM UPDATE: Peyton Manning, Joseph Addai, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark and Marvin Harrison will either not play or get a lot of rest. Sorry Brownies :(

Bengals Give Steelers An Early Christmas Gift

The Pittsburgh Steelers have clinched the AFC North. All thanks should go to the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals beat the Browns today at Paul Brown Stadium 19-14. Merry Christmas!

I did get a little scared when the Browns scored their 2nd touchdown and got within 5. Then everything seem to be going well with Kenny Watson running the football....until he fumbled it that was. The Browns drove down the field and with 1 second left, Derek Anderson went for the end zone to find the ball fall in between two Bengals defensive backs. Bengals got their 6th win of the year and the Browns have to hope for the Tennessee Titans to lose and they must beat San Francisco next week. Good luck.

I am happy that the Bengals won today and not just for me. I know that my dad is happy to. So thank you Bengals for giving my dad an early Christmas present. Let's work on getting in the playoffs next year. He'll gladly take a Super Bowl win as a late Christmas present. Oh and I will too.

Browns vs. Bengals Week

How funny is it that the Browns are 9-5 and the Bengals are 5-9? Weren't announcers referring to the Browns as a high school team at the beginning of the season? Oh how wrong they were.

This Sunday the Browns and Bengals will face off with playoff implications. Of course the implications will be for the Browns. They are tied for 1st in the AFC North. Pittsburgh does hold the tie-breaker but with 2 games left who knows what can happen. And for the Bengals, the game is for them to just try to save as much face as possible. This will be the first losing season in the Marvin Lewis era and a very disappointing season it has been. Yes there have been injuries but the Bengals just haven't been able to click this year.

Anything could obviously happen during this game. We could see something like what happened in Week 2 when these two teams met or we could see the Bengals team we expected to see this season like we did against Tennessee in week 12. Both teams need a win but which team will want it more?

Troy 1, Brady 0

So yesterday was a good day. The Bengals got their 5th win of the year. Yay! And then last night I got a text message: "They're putting Troy in". I wasn't watching the Colts - Ravens game. I believe I was watching a movie. But once I read "They're putting Troy in" I turned the channel quickly. Yes he got in late in the game and the game was of course over but I'm very happy for Troy in getting his debut and first touchdown in the NFL.

Of course after watching Troy get his TD, thoughts ran through my mind. One in particular was wondering if anyone thought that Troy would get to play before Brady Quinn this year. Outside of Troy's immediate family and friends, I'm sure this did not cross anyone's mind. Don't pretend that you thought about it either because I know you didn't.

Brady is in Cleveland watching Derek Anderson have a Pro Bowl deserving year while the Browns are making a run for the playoffs. Troy is in Baltimore where Steve McNair is hurt, Kyle Boller is still not the answer and the playoffs are no where in sight. And you never know. Troy might be getting his first start this Sunday against Miami. And from a poll in the Baltimore Sun, it seems like 83% of Ravens' fans would like to see that happen.

Crazier things have happened in sports this year. The Colorado Rockies 21 out of 22 wins in their run to the World Series. All the madness in college football. The Patriots trying to remain undefeated. The Dolphins, the team that does have an undefeated season in their history, are working on having a winless season to add to that one.

So congratulations Troy Smith. Last year at this time he won the heisman. This year, he gets his first touchdown. Next week, he might get his first start. Not bad for a 5th rounder.

It’s Been Fun Bengals, See You Next Season

Pretty Much How It Went Today

Yes, I am aware that the NFL season is not over. But the fact that the Cincinnati Bengals lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers today 24-13 and are now 2-5 on the year, this was most likely the last Bengals game I will be able to watch in the comfort of my own home this year. Why you might ask? Because I live in Columbus, Ohio. I share this city with Cleveland Browns' fans. There are also a number of Pittsburgh Steelers' fans here too but that doesn't matter.

The Cleveland Browns won today at St. Louis and are now 4-3 on the year. They have a winning record! With this, they will most likely be on the Columbus, Ohio CBS affiliate instead of the under .500 Cincinnati Bengals.

Now I of course can go out to a sports bar and watch my beloved Cincinnati Bengals. But that doesn't mean I'm going to get to hear them. Most likely I can be at a bar that will have Cleveland Browns' fans and them wanting to hear their team on the sound system. Oh how fun will that be.
So what does a girl do in this situation? I would really love your feedback to help me out. And if you are in the Columbus, Ohio area, let me know where the Cincinnati Bengals fans go to watch and hear their favorite team.
