September Can't Get Here Fast Enough

                              

Once upon a time, there was a girl who watched her favorite team get pummeled in the championship game 2 years in a row. Not by the same team but teams in the same conference. And all she could do the next day was say "There's Always Next Year". But is next year really this freakin far away!

Ok, September isn't that far away but watching Game 6 of the NBA Finals (read all about Game 5 here) means that Summer is here. And yes sitting back watching a Reds game is not so bad (well when they win at least). But what will I do until I can tailgate at the Shoe?

Phil Steele's College Football Preview will have to keep me company. I found my new love. Lindy's and Athlon. You're my peeps but Phil Steele has become one of my many men.

I'm being impatient about this college football season. 9/13 may have something to do with it. It is my 28th birthday. And the OSU/USC matchup as well. I'm not the only one excited about this. There are tees on campus with the matchup on it. Don't have mine yet though.   

Not sure what this year will bring college football fans but PLEASE get here as soon as possible!

Ahh... yes college football season I can't wait for it either, but there is good baseball ahead. I can't say I am looking forward to golf now that Tiger is out for the rest of the year, but I do have NASCAR (YES!!!) to watch go around and around and around and around til I get dizzy. Looks like I will be spending plenty o'time at the beach as well.
